Studio Policies and Terms and Conditions

We are a small boutique business with limited capacity and therefore depend to a very high

degree on our appointment times being filled. Failure to “not show” for any appointment has a

huge impact on us as a business, and we ask you to please respect this. This means we do

require a fee to secure your photography session booking. Please note that weekends are most

in demand. 

Terms and Conditions:

1. A $299 confirmation fee holds the portrait session for the date/time agreed upon.

2. Session fee is 100% refunded for cancellation of session within the first 72 hours of payment.

3. After 72 hours, the fee will automatically be converted to studio credit voucher.

4. Any cancelled or missed session appointment automatically converts the session deposit into

a studio credit voucher.

5. The confirmation fee is non refundable, with any failure to not turn up at a portrait or

viewing session.

6. Any more than a 20 minute appointment “late show” is automatically rescheduled.

At Portraits by Alexander all care and diligence will be exercised in the performance of  Portraits by Alexander Photography, but that any liability is limited to monies paid, should computer failure, accident or any other mishap occur that prevents fulfilment of this undertaking.
 Please understand that you are totally responsible for yourselves and the safety and well-being of any children.
Any photographs taken by the studio, may be used for the studio's advertising and promotion purposes either printed or in digital form unless agreed upon prior. 

Due to the custom nature of the service there are no refunds or changes made to orders once payment has been received. Portraits by Alexander will make every effort to ensure client orders are suited to the clients needs but change of mind or change of circumstances will be at the clients cost.
